Ingredients
2-1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken, cut into serving pieces, skin removed
4 cups baby carrots
2 large onions, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
30 sprays I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray Original, divided
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°.

Arrange chicken and vegetables in bottom of broiler pan without rack; spray 20 times with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spray Original, then sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Roast uncovered 45 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender.

Spray vegetables before serving with remaining 10 Sprays.
