- 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, divided - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1/2 lb.), pounded thin - 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed (optional) - 1 French baguette (about 12 in. long), halved lengthwise - 3 ounces Jarlsberg or Swiss cheese, shredded (about 3/4 cup) - 2 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled

Instructions
Melt 1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet, over medium heat and cook onions, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until onions are golden. Remove onions from skillet and keep warm.
Melt remaining 1 tablespoon Spread in same skillet, over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, 4 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Sprinkle with thyme and, if desired, salt and ground black pepper.
Arrange chicken on 1/2 of bread, then top with hot onions, cheese and bacon to serve. Bake, if desired, at 375° for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with remaining bread. To serve, cut in half.
