2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Sticks
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cups peeled and diced apples
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 10-inch Bundt pan, then set aside.

Combine flour, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and salt in medium bowl; set aside.

Beat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Sticks with sugar in large mixing bowl with electric mixer, scraping sides occasionally, until smooth. Add egg and beat until combined. Stir in molasses. Dissolve baking soda in milk, then add to sugar mixture.

Stir in flour mixture on low speed just until combined. Gently fold in apples. Spoon into prepared pan.

Bake 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes on wire rack; remove from pan and cool completely.
